Stefan did an incredible job at our wedding! Working with him was easy and he was very detailed with his preparations. He was dedicated to our love story and worked very hard to deliver a personalized product during the wedding. He listened to our suggestions and made our wedding experience unique and special. His music was great – his recommendation of a 15-minute mini-dance party immediately after cocktail hour had the entire wedding excited and the event vibes went through the roof. He genuinely cared about us as a couple and put in incredible work to make sure our day was amazing. Highly recommended!

Stefan also did an amazing job at keeping the reception flowing perfectly with all of our planned events happening on time as he coordinated everything alongside our planner and the venue’s staff. We had zero worry about anything being missed or behind schedule.

When the power went out on the hottest day of the year at our wedding venue at 2pm, we were immediately in problem-solving mode, hours away from what could have been a total disaster. But you stepped in prepared and cool headed, made the ceremony happen perfectly, MC’d, and kept the party going with your backup setup, and somehow made it feel like nothing had gone wrong. Despite the heat of the hottest day of the year, it felt like the energy never dipped, the music never stopped, and people kept dancing like it was all part of the plan. If anything, the power outage created a more intimate, romantic setting, that everyone really told us they enjoyed.
Had you not MC’d and spoken to the crowd the way you did, things would’ve turned out boring. Had you not had your battery backups, it would’ve turned out a very quiet and uneventful party. You took on the the role of coordinator, DJ, electrical guru, lighting champion, and MC.
Beyond that, your coordination in the lead-up and on the day itself was honestly amazing. Every single vendor we’ve spoken to before and during the wedding has brought up how great you were to work with, and how good of a human being you are. From the emails you sent to keep everyone aligned, to your ability to run the show without making it feel forced, to your quick thinking and calm presence when things went sideways, it was clear you had everything under control. Even your music selection was spot-on from start to finish, with perfect transitions and crowd pleasers that kept everyone on the dance floor.

Working with Stefan was a breeze. He is organized and professional and made the planning process too easy. We met with him a few times before our big day and it made us feel at ease knowing the music and entertainment was taken care of.
Stefan tries to deliver the best experience not only for you, but for your guests as well. Before announcing speeches or important moments throughout your night, he will give context to who that person is and what they mean to you. It was a nice added touch that many of our guests appreciated and enjoyed.
Our wedding was a week ago and we’re still receiving messages raving about how amazing the music and DJ was. We were dancing all night, so much so that we had to actually stop the party ourselves.
My wife absolutely wanted sparklers for our grand entrance and first dance, and we wanted them timed to our choreographed dance. Stefan made sure that our vision came to life and we couldn’t be more happy with how everything turned out!
